Position Summary:
- Own the customer journey from sale through implementation, configuration, training, and adoption.
- Guide customers through Fastpath Assure setup against business applications like Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP.
- Translate GRC objectives into structured onboarding plans for SoD analysis and access certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, from post-sale handoff to go-live.
- Lead kickoff meetings and training sessions covering SoD rules and audit reporting.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely handoff to Customer Success.
