About The Role:
- Joining a remote team of 20+ advocates in Poland.
- Improving conversions and reducing cancellations within 6 European markets.
- Intervening when the algorithm needs a human touch to ensure jobs get done.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and SOPs for each program.
- Diligently take notes and suggest improvements.
- Efficiently address and solve user issues via live channels.
Skills/experience:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service, typing, and communication skills.
- Adaptability and a love for change in a fast-paced environment.
