About the Role:
- You will lead the engineering side of a product team, reporting to the Product General Manager.
- You are responsible for engineers' performance, growth, and execution, ensuring quality and predictable delivery.
Day-to-Day:
- Plan sprint capacity, track delivery, and surface risks early.
- Run 1:1s, set goals, and give consistent feedback to engineers.
- Collaborate with the Product Design Manager and Tech Lead on priorities and technical standards.
