Senior Operations Manager, Luxe Vetting

• As Senior Operations Manager, you will own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end.
• You will partner cross-functionally to hit growth targets and take on cross-team programs.

A Typical Day:

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding operations.
• Build acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Track key metrics, diagnose performance slips, and pull levers to get back on track.

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, with budget and vendor accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced data analytics (SQL) and Salesforce expertise.
