Job Description
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will elevate the performance of our go-to-market teams across Mid-Market and Enterprise. You will play a crucial role in ensuring implementation of our sales processes, enhancing demo effectiveness, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, analyzing sales calls, coaching sales reps 1:1 and collaborating with various teams to create impactful training materials.
You’ll report to the SVP of Sales and partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure our teams have the tools, skills, and insights to win in the market.
The responsibilities include: building and executing sales enablement roadmaps, partnering with RevOps and Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps, analyze Gong calls, creating certification programs for core selling skills and collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure all training and content align with current product updates.
