Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed the sales quota in the annual compensation plan.
- Leverage leads, partner leads, cold calling, client referrals, social media, and trade shows to secure introduction calls.
- Conduct introduction calls to diagnose client needs, communicate Atrium’s value proposition, and determine next steps.
Client Retention and Growth:
- Develop and maintain written account plans to retain and grow strategic client relationships.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and document client feedback.
- Drive and process orders for Atrium and third-party add-ons.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager.
- 3+ years’ experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
