About The Role:

  • Transforming "feelings" into data and proving that a happy customer is a profitable one.
  • Building bridges between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to fuel growth strategy.
  • Designing systems that predicts risk (Customer Health Scores).

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Experience, Operations, or Success
  • "Zero-to-One" experience.
  • Experience with CX management software (e.g., Qualtrics or similar).

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with complex technical products (EDI, ERP, Integration).
  • A background in advocacy.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards.
