About The Role:
- Transforming "feelings" into data and proving that a happy customer is a profitable one.
- Building bridges between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to fuel growth strategy.
- Designing systems that predicts risk (Customer Health Scores).
Required Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Experience, Operations, or Success
- "Zero-to-One" experience.
- Experience with CX management software (e.g., Qualtrics or similar).
Nice To Have:
- Experience with complex technical products (EDI, ERP, Integration).
- A background in advocacy.
- Familiarity with compliance standards.
