About the role:

  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and customers on licensing opportunities.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven, you will leverage your licensing expertise and systems proficiency.
  • Manage multiple vendor platforms and serve as a trusted liaison.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end licensing quote processes for Account Managers and customers.
  • Navigating multiple vendor platforms to generate accurate quotes, managing 20–30 concurrent deals.
  • Processing complex licensing scenarios and ensuring all quotes meet compliance.

Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for licensing inquiries.
  • Managing customer communications, providing status updates, and managing expectations.
  • Building trusted-advisor relationships with assigned Account Managers and customers.
