Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls efficiently and effectively with the highest level of quality service.
- Handle inbound calls to increase business through customer satisfaction and retention.
- Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments, update demographics, and collect insurance information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and navigate several systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not necessary.
