Job Summary:
- Act as a trusted advisor to child welfare organizations implementing our AI-powered platform.
- Drive utilization, support organizational change, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Combine implementation leadership, strategic consulting, and customer success in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations including project planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Build relationships with executive leaders and frontline staff to align solutions.
- Monitor product utilization and identify strategies to increase value realization.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of child welfare experience and track record of leading implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel a plus.
