The Role:
- You'll teach Quilt's HVAC partners to sell, install, commission, and service our heat pump systems in the field.
- You'll travel 50-75% to partner locations and run virtual sessions between visits.
- You'll bring field feedback back to product and training teams.
You:
- You have 3+ years in technical or field training, ideally in HVAC or building trades.
- You connect with tradespeople and explain technical concepts clearly.
- You're comfortable with LMS tools and managing your own travel schedule.
