Employee Relations Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to provide expert guidance and support across our US and Canadian operations. This role will serve as a partner to management and HR teams, ensuring compliant and effective resolution of employee relations matters while fostering positive workplace culture and minimizing legal risks. Key Responsibilities include providing coaching and guidance to managers, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws. The consultant will also support employment practices liability insurance claims, develop training programs, and analyze employee relations metrics. Qualifications include a minimum of 5-7+ years of progressive employee relations experience, knowledge of US and Canadian employment law, and strong communication and analytical skills.
