The Opportunity:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Amae Health.
- Partner closely with patients, families, social workers, and hospital systems.
- Facilitate access to care and support the intake and referral process.
About You:
- Compassionate, empathetic, and comfortable having supportive conversations.
- Bring high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and resourceful, you follow through to help patients access care.
What You’ll Have:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting.
- Experience in the mental health field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications.
