About the Role:
- Hightouch seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive for the founding Ad Studio sales team.
- This ground-floor opportunity lets you define the sales motion, ICP, and product positioning.
- You'll sell to performance marketers, paid social leads, and growth teams at mid-market companies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years in a full cycle sales role with proven impact and results.
- Excitement about founding team dynamics and comfort with ambiguity.
- Background in adtech, martech, or creative tools is a strong plus.
Compensation Details:
- On-target earnings between $200,000 and $240,000 annually.
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options offered.
