Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic customers in Aerospace & Defense for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Denmark.
- Lead the regional field sales team in project acquisition and perform market analyses.
- Identify key contacts in customer organizations and conduct sales negotiations.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the security and defense sector.
- Deep understanding of the industry, procurement processes, and export control regulations.
- Proficient in IT applications and fluent in German and English (C1).
