What you will be doing:

- Provide excellent customer service to Ibotta Savers via email tickets.
- Work on special projects for leadership teams as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience providing world-class customer service.
- Ability to work remotely, with “can do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Technologically savvy, with knowledge of Android and Apple.
