Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned employer clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Lead client-specific projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
- Prepare and deliver regular client reporting packages and presentations, facilitating Open Enrollment meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days; strong knowledge of self-funded benefit design and regulations.
