Job Summary:
- Client-facing role overseeing strategy and growth for executive life and disability accounts.
- Partners with Producers and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex benefits accounts and lead enrollment, service, and renewal strategies.
- Mentor service team and maintain compliance using benefits administration systems.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of employee benefits account management experience in brokerage or consulting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
