Job Description
We are seeking a Cold Caller to conduct outbound sales efforts. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective businesses, introducing services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. The candidate will do also do light administrative work. Key Responsibilities include making outbound cold calls to prospective companies, introducing the company’s services and engage potential decision-makers, qualifying prospects and set appointments for the sales team. Also, to manage update, and expand lead list and record lead data, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM. They will continuously build and grow the lead pipeline and provide administrative support services to ensure smooth client operations and general task management to support client workflows.
