Team Leadership
Position Summary:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for U.S., Canada, and international employees.
- Assist with payroll reporting, compliance, and year-end activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll, review timesheets, and verify deductions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with HR on changes.
- Prepare reconciliations, generate reports, and lead year-end tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $60,000 – $75,000 per year plus bonus and stock options.
