Guest Communications Coordinator

Role Overview:

• Execute and own guest communication campaigns across email, SMS, and app push for live events.
• Collaborate with operations, ticketing, and program teams to draft and deploy timely updates.
• Act as the primary after-hours contact for urgent day-of-show communications.

What You'll Do:

• Build, test, and send campaigns in Klaviyo with rigorous proofreading and QA checks.
• Monitor deliverability and track campaign metrics to identify improvements.
• Handle field requests from teams, ensuring clear communication and fast turnaround.

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, guest services, or communications.
• Excellent English fluency and top-tier proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Platform familiarity with ESPs like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and strong organizational skills.
