WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Be a trusted point of contact for customer questions via ticketing system, phone calls, and chat.
- Become an expert on the Aescape recovery experience, including all of our customer-facing applications / platforms.
- Share data and insights from customer interactions across teams to ensure that the voice of our customers informs critical business decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1+ years of customer support experience across ticketing systems, phone, and chat.
- Enthusiasm and ability to become a product expert on the Aescape massage experience.
- Comfort learning and using command-line or script-based tools.
