About the Role:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the collections function for hotel and rental car commissions
- Manage and develop a team of specialists to drive operational excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Own invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Track and report on key metrics to senior leadership, flagging risks for revenue leakage
