Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial performance by achieving recovery rate targets and reducing charge-offs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, plus 5-7 years of progressive experience.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication and project management skills.
- Experience with collections systems and third-party vendor management preferred.
