Build strong pipelines and uncover great candidates within and beyond your networks. Lead with a sourcing-first mindset, identifying and nurturing talent early to meet both current and future business needs.
Partner closely with stakeholders, helping hiring managers shape roles, complete thoughtful intakes, and align on what great looks like before searches begin. Experiment with AI to improve recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance how we hire at scale. Use data and insight to influence decisions, sharing trends, results, and recommendations that help Jane hire smarter and continuously evolve.
