Broker Relationships & 1:1 Support:
- Own relationships with business brokers and run regular check-ins.
- Understand their pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and surface pain points.
- Build rapport and become a trusted partner.
Onboarding, Training & Product Adoption:
- Become an expert power user of the Iconic web app.
- Onboard new brokers, train them on lead and deal management workflows.
- Create scalable enablement materials and monitor adoption.
Community Building & Events:
- Design and run virtual lunch-and-learns, workshops, and fun events.
- Drive engagement across channels, encourage brokers to share best practices.
- Help brokers feel part of a real team.
