Accountabilities:
- Lead carrier operations support for sales initiatives and strategic opportunities.
- Oversee quote-to-order accuracy and carrier commitment documentation.
- Build and maintain strategic carrier relationships and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in telecom carrier operations or carrier sales support.
- Strong knowledge of telecom solutions including broadband, DIA, SIP, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing operational improvements.
