Producer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for producer inquiries related to registration, compliance, and support.
• Resolve issues across email, phone, and chat, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and track inquiries to support reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or 3+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with CRM proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a remote team.
