Your Role:
- Engage in recruitment including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Manage a high volume of job requisitions, delivering high quality talent.
- Partner with branch leadership to identify workforce needs.
Skills Matter:
- 3+ years of Human Resources and high-volume staffing/recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office.
