About the Role:
- Take ownership of complex searches and partner directly with U.S.-based leaders.
- Lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls and targeted outreach.
- Own your searches, build strong pipelines, and play an active role in delivering talent.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing searches.
- Create, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience including hands-on experience recruiting U.S.-based candidates.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
