Executive Recruiter – US Recruitment (Remote)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of total recruiting experience.
• At least 1 year of direct recruiting experience for US-based candidates.
• Strong English communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pre-qualify candidates by profiling, assessing interest level, and conducting initial screens.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients, ensuring clear communication and scheduling.
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS and LinkedIn.

Candidate Management:

• Collect, organize, and update candidate information from online databases, referrals, and internal tools.
• Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support active requisitions and pipeline building.
