Senior Director, Head of Industry Relations Field Team

Industry Partnerships & Advocacy:

• Serve as Realtor.com's senior field team representative with national, state, and local Realtor associations and MLSs.
• Foster trusted relationships with brokers, agents, and industry leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Translate partnerships into MLS retention, data coverage, and product adoption.

MLS Engagement & Data Strategy:

• Oversee acquisition, licensing, and integration of MLS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive proactive outreach to acquire listing agreements and promote tools like Realtor.com+.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align industry messaging with business strategy.

Team Leadership & Functional Oversight:

• Directly lead the Industry Relations Field team, integrating MLS engagement, communications, and events.
• Manage team quality, provide coaching, onboarding, and leadership development.
• Handle administrative tasks, budgets, and performance reviews to ensure team effectiveness.
