Job Description:
- We're looking for two Operational Delivery Leads to help deliver priority process improvement initiatives as part of our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications Process Redesign programme.
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how our fundraising teams work, simplifying processes and strengthening collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the implementation of priority process improvement initiatives identified through the Process Redesign Programme.
- Delivering operational improvement and ways-of-working projects from implementation through to embedding within business operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across fundraising, technology, compliance, business change and suppliers.
What you’ll need:
- Experience delivering process improvement, operational change or ways-of-working projects.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and project coordination skills.
- Confidence working with different stakeholders and influencing across teams.
