Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, and high-energy Vice President of Commercial Sales (AMER) to oversee all Commercial Enterprise sales personnel. You will own the full client life cycle of our commercial sales business in the AMER region and partner with leaders in Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Ops to continue growing market share by executing against revenue targets and scaling a high performing sales team. Reporting to the GM, Commercial, this is a second line manager position, directly managing three Sales Directors and indirectly managing up to 18 quota-carrying sellers. Lead territory planning and account prioritization for AMER Commercial Sales, manage, mentor and goal setting for Sales Directors (3) and individual contributors (18). Establish performance management standards and coach high performers. Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, build deep relationships with client executive stakeholders and be the voice of the customer. Support complex client negotiations.
