Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic partner relationships, leading co-marketing efforts and ensuring partners are enabled to successfully market Deel
- Identify priority industries, partner profiles, and markets for expansion, and lead the development of new partnerships
- Ideate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns with clear performance goals
Competencies & Proficiency Expectations:
- Proactively identifies inefficiencies, develops solutions independently, and documents improvements to scale success.
- Leads adaptation across partner workstreams, creates structure in ambiguity, and ensures continuity through change.
- Owns complex partner relationships, resolves escalations, and recommends improvements based on partner insights.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills
- Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
