Call Center Lead

About the role:

• As the first point of contact for customers, you'll guide them on getting connected and solve technical problems.
• You'll work in a 24/7 operation with shift bidding, requiring availability weekdays and weekends.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive mental attitude and empathy.
• Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, mobile wireless, and cable issues thoroughly.
• Use strong communication skills to build rapport and clearly resolve issues.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a customer support role with phone, chat, and email troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to adapt to different personality types.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
