- Oversee recruiting, account management, consultant care, and workforce planning with strong execution and performance metrics.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, capture planning, and new business opportunities while serving as the executive escalation point.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development, sales, account management, staffing, or government contracting experience.
- Deep experience with staff augmentation, MSP programs, and government procurement processes.
