Staffing Associate

About The Role:

• This is a 6-month, 40-hour-per-week contract with potential to extend or convert.
• You'll turn client demand into staffed, productive teams by sourcing, vetting, and onboarding contractors.

The Work:

• Partner with delivery and operations leads to understand project needs and build staffing plans.
• Manage contractors from offer through onboarding to their first billed hour, clearing blockers.
• Keep ATS and trackers accurate, reporting on fill rate and time-to-staff.

What We Need:

• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, including agency work with billable-hours targets.
• Proven success in high-volume contract staffing and advanced sourcing skills.
• Hands-on ATS expertise and strong spreadsheet skills.
