Administer Salesforce for Services in Brands and Retailers, including configuration, automation, permissions, and deployments.
Administer Gainsight, including health scoring, automation, programs, dashboards, and reporting.
Maintain integrations across Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and Staircase AI.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight.
Experience configuring enterprise applications, automation, permissions, integrations, and data management.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
