Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact and SME for all recruiting functions, indirectly managing global recruiting teammates.
• Create company guidelines, standard operating procedures, and audit compliance across all sites.
• Manage vendor partners, negotiate cost solutions, and track recruiting budgets and spending.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding interviewing, selection, and record-keeping.
• Proven success with social media recruiting tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office and TAS systems.

Additional Information:

• This role is remote and reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
• The director will also handle recruitment of leadership and specialized roles for the organization.
