About the Role:
- Acquisition and managing a portfolio of premium property hosts.
- Focused on Florida, the Southeast, and the Caribbean, and one covering Texas and the broader Midwest/South.
- Contractor engagement with a competitive pay rate and demonstrated potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and business conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Acquisition & Pipeline Development and Lead end-to-end launches in new markets.
- Host Account Management & Optimization and Design strategies to manage and grow long-tail host relationships across your territory.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stay ahead of platform changes and proactively communicate impact to host partner.
Qualifications Required:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- End-to-end sales cycle ownership with demonstrated ability to hit or exceed acquisition targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling, polished outreach.
