Job Description
Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, with a primary focus on transforming their investment data for our application. Work directly with clients, becoming an expert in our product and diverse alternative private investment data (private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, private credit, etc.). Gather and consolidate data from various sources and accurately map it to the Juniper Square model, often interpreting complex legal agreements and structures. Communicate clearly about data changes, discrepancies, and the assumptions made during mapping.
Guiding customers through the implications of data mapping decisions, ensuring they understand how their data will function and its impact within the platform. Provide expertise and recommendations to optimize their data structure for long-term success on Juniper Square. Contribute to improving our onboarding tools and processes, recommending product enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams across product, sales, engineering, and customer success.
