What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations, including monitoring, scheduled jobs, and MID Server maintenance.
- Oversee and optimize critical integrations (AD/LDAP, SSO, CMDB, and HR feeds).
- Provide N2/N3 support for critical incidents and platform glitches.
Development & Evolution:
- Build and deploy small enhancements via Update Sets and scripting (JavaScript).
- Streamline recurring tasks using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs.
Security & Compliance:
- Lead security audits (ACLs, roles, SSL certificates, and recertifications) to ensure a bulletproof environment.
- Maintain updated runbooks and documentation.
