Compensation and Training:

• Earn $18.00/hr during up to 64 hours of paid Pre-Licensing Training, with a raise to $22.50/hr upon licensing.
• Qualfon covers the costs of pre-licensing coursework and two attempts for your state exam.
• Equipment is provided for your remote work setup.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers for quotes and billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage policies by processing endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates accurately.
• Ensure all transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements:

• You must have a background in customer service, with call center experience being a plus.
• You need reliable wired internet service, with direct Ethernet connection required, and no wireless connections allowed.
• You must be growth-minded, detail-oriented, a great communicator, and able to pass a background check.
