Junior Transactional Attorney

About the Role:

• Apply legal expertise to the development and evaluation of AI systems for contract review and negotiation.
• Review commercial agreements, assess AI-generated legal responses, and simulate contract negotiations.
• Identify risks or inconsistencies and provide structured feedback to improve AI accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
• Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, relevance, completeness, and practical applicability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine training datasets and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements:

• One to three years of transactional legal experience in a corporate law firm or in-house.
• Strong understanding of contractual provisions, risk allocation, and negotiation principles.
• Interest in AI and legal technology with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
