Job Summary:

• This role is for elite lawyers to help shape how advanced AI is trained and evaluated in legal work.
• You will review, assess, and contribute to contract redlining workflows for AI model training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance.

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• Minimum 2 years in M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
