About The Job:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of our Jira instance, including its integrations and automations.
- Lead initiatives to implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level.
- Contribute to our knowledge base, Confluence, and by developing integrations with other operational systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in building automations using APIs and workflow utilities.
- Proven ability to manage and support SSO/IdP solutions
- Comfortable managing computers and mobile devices through MDMs.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in various endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Strong understanding and experience using Okta
