About the Opportunity:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Engineers to co-manage discovery and deliver tailored demos.
- Partner with sales representatives to understand the needs of educational institutions and position product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales to unlock large deals and provide innovative solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the technical pre-sales process, ensuring the team handles complex education procurement requirements.
- Ensure sales feedback is communicated to Product/Engineering teams to inform development.
- Act as scaling Superhuman for Education go-to-market efforts, improve win rates, and increase deal sizes.
