People Partner

As a People Partner at GT, you will act as a trusted advisor to both our contractors and clients, ensuring smooth people-related processes, fostering strong relationships, and aligning operations with our mission, vision, and values. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, performance reviews, legal and benefits support, and client engagement - always with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for collaboration with contractors including onboarding & offboarding, conducting 1-1 meetings, coordinating performance and compensation reviews, managing issues, and contract updates. You will also collaborate with clients, lead onboarding, provide ongoing support, resolve issues, share insights from surveys and manage offboarding. You will manage and improve people processes, maintain policies, update systems and documentation, administer benefits, assist with legal & travel support, contribute to crisis management, align initiatives with company culture, automate routine tasks, and analyze HR data.
