Inside Sales Agent

Accountabilities:

• Make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, completing 200+ calls per day while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Schedule approximately 8–10 qualified appointments per day for in-home Design Consultants, ensuring appointments meet established qualification standards.
• Follow established sales scripts and processes while adapting conversations naturally to each homeowner’s needs and circumstances.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, such as sales, customer service, call centre operations, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage customers professionally and persuasively over the phone.
• A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets, with a goal-oriented mindset and motivation to continuously improve results.

Benefits:

• Base salary of $42,640 with on-target earnings ranging from $56,680 to $87,360 and uncapped commission.
